Questions
Frequently asked questions
01Can you install customer-selected flooring?
Yes, subject to a review of the product specifications, quantity, substrate, acclimation requirements and compatibility with the intended space.
02Do you remove the existing floor?
Removal and disposal can be considered as part of the scope. The estimate depends on the existing material, adhesives, access and what is discovered below it.
03Can damaged sections be repaired without replacing the full floor?
Localized repair may be possible when compatible replacement material is available and the surrounding floor and substrate are suitable.
